The "Smooth Sleeve" is a piping assembly plate for water heaters that reduces the labor involved in core drilling and caulking when passing multiple pipes and cables through ALC panels. Core drilling (φ160) is completed in one location, resulting in a neat appearance after installation. We would like to introduce the "Assembly Through Frame and Steel Through Sleeve" that we handle. We use Super Dyma, a galvanized steel sheet that has been confirmed to have extremely high corrosion resistance. This allows for the simplification of the post-galvanizing process, enabling shorter delivery times and lighter weight.
